2024 Three Lions Riesling

100% Riesling Grapes.

A pale straw colour, with typical Mount Barker floral (rose petal) aromatics, a hint of musk perfume, and a core of citrus influence. The plate has lime notes surrounding a solid acid structure and a balanced fruit mid-palate. 

Enjoy in youth but could cellar well for up to 10 years. 

Pair with Tempura Prawns.

The palate has a an intense lemon zest character that dominates through to its very long finish.
