Deep Maroon with purple-magenta hues.

Rich, brooding blue-fruited aromatics, hints of dark chocolate and ground spices, and an earthy richness on the nose. On the palate, it's super vibrant, with a sweet fruit mid-palate, quite masculine, and big smooth tannins. The richness and earthiness of the Malbec shine through on the finish.

Pair with Argentinian Asado smoked beef ribs with roasted root vegetables

Sweet flavours, soft and plump texture, slippery tannins and good extension of all that character. The sweetness does build up quite a bit, becoming a bit of a dominating factor, but for many this will be easy pleasure and a decadent red of opulent nature.
