2021 Wyjup Collection Pinot Noir

A Bright Maroon colour.

Complex nose with a central core of bright red berried and candied fruit, enveloped with confectionery notes from the whole bunch portion and an earthy richness. A medium-bodied palate with dense fruit weight carried by the silkiest of tannins.

Pair with Pork Cutlets, warm Fennel and Capsicum Jam.

Limited and exclusive. This wine can be cellared for 10-15 years. 1550 bottles made.
