Deep burgundy in colour with sweet blackcurrant, dark chocolate with alluring charry nut complex aromas. The palate has a beautiful medium-bodied fruit core, with layered tannins, oak artifact, and balance between each component feature.

Pair with slow-roasted lamb shoulder on the bone.

Some late rain came via the end of a cyclone but those with courage to hold on were rewarded as the warm weather returned.
